AUTUMN GILBERT, M.A., LAPC

Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

Autumn Gilbert (she/her), M.A., LAPC, is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who was born and raised in Easton, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University, along with certifications in Crisis Intervention and Data Visualization. She later earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University.

Before becoming a counselor, Autumn worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum and those with co-occurring conditions. She has experience working in homes, schools, daycares, and community based settings. Autumn provides individual, couples, family, and group counseling to clients ranging from ages 5 to 60. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals with mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and complex trauma.

Autumn approaches therapy with the belief that each client brings their own unique story, strengths, and readiness for change. She meets clients where they are, honoring their current experiences without judgment while gently guiding them toward new insight and growth. Her work focuses on helping clients feel grounded
and empowered as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, self-doubt, and past experiences that continue to impact their present. As a bisexual counselor, she is also passionate about providing affirming care to individuals navigating sexuality, identity, and labels.. Autumn emphasizes collaboration in the therapeutic process, tailoring interventions to fit each person’s needs and pace. Her style is warm, authentic, and approachable, creating a space where clients can feel safe to be themselves while also being encouraged to explore new perspectives and build meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of counseling, Autumn enjoys spending time with her partner, best friends, and cat. She loves attending concerts and music festivals, traveling, playing video games, coloring and exploring other creative crafts, building LEGO sets, and adding to her collection of fidgets. Autumn also enjoys thrifting and antiquing, especially
searching for unique, quirky, or nostalgic finds and discovering items with a little personality behind them. Whether she is wandering through a thrift store, checking out an antique market, working on a new craft, or building a LEGO set, she enjoys hobbies that allow her to be creative and unwind. She is also a football fan who enjoys cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and spending game days with the people closest to her.
