REBECCA CHANG, M.Ed., LAPC

Rebecca Chang, M.Ed., LAPC, is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families. She earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lehigh University, as well as a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Brain Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

 

Rebecca works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. She is especially interested in helping clients understand how past experiences, relationships, culture, and patterns of thinking can shape the way they see themselves and connect with others.

 

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, drawing from person-centered, attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, and strengths-based approaches. Rebecca strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can develop greater self-understanding while building practical tools for meaningful change.

 

Rebecca provides counseling in both English and Mandarin Chinese and welcomes individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities.
